The Outreach Team will be responsible for taking care of the needs of our church members as well as special needs within the community. They will help with meals for families whose situations necessitate that need. They will also be responsible for organizing a prayer chain when an urgent need arises and for organizing and keeping up with the weekly prayer list.
Chuck Wagon Team
The Chuck Wagon Team will be responsible for organizing, preparing, and serving the food for all events. Preparing coffee and serving the donuts each Sunday morning is also the responsibility of the Chuck Wagon Team.
Cow Kids/ Nursery Team
The Cow Kids Team will be responsible for making sure the needs of children (up to 5th grade) are being met, that they have adequate supplies, and that they have adequate supervision. The team will also plan special events for the children.
The Facility Team is responsible to ensure that the church has adequate facilities to effectively carry out its missions. They will oversee the care, maintenance, and use of all current facilities and grounds.
The Finance Team will be responsible to ensure that the church has adequate financial resources to effectively carry out its ministries.
The Mission Team is responsible for setting up and to man the missions booth at all events, planning and preparing the Circle C float for all area parades throughout the year, and keeping “The Way For Cowboys” bibles and the “Is It Working For You” cowboy tracts in stock. The Mission Team shall seek out other opportunities within the area to reach the western heritage culture and further the Gospel.
The Music Team will work with the Pastor in making sure we have adequate music for our church service and events.
Public Relations Team
The Public Relations team is responsible for all the advertising (radio, T.V. and print ads). They will be responsible for they flyers for all special events as well as the handling of promotional items such as shirts, caps, etc. They will also be responsible for the running of the church website.
